How and why PFC International collects Personal Data
We may collect Personal Data when you interact with the Website because you give it to us (for example, in a form on our Website). Depending on the specific communication you are receiving, or the medium you are using, information may consist of your name; current job title; company name; e-mail address; country of residence; telephone number(s); physical address(es); gender; date of birth; marital status; employment and education details; geolocation; your IP address; your browser type and language; your access times; complaint details; correspondence with you; information relevant to providing services to you; and any other information that you voluntarily provide to us. Our Website is not designed and developed for or intentionally targeted to children. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or store information about children as we understand the importance of protecting children's privacy. Clients and Prospective Clients PFC International will collect, use and disclose Personal Data for (i) the provision of the Services outlined in the Engagement Letter; (ii) applicable legal or regulatory requirements; (iii) requests and communications from authorities; and (iv) internal administrative, financial accounting risk analysis and client relationship purposes. PFC International may also collect, use or disclose Personal Data about clients, prospective clients and alumni to send news and information updates or invitations to events hosted or sponsored by the Company. PFC International may also aggregate Personal Data with information from other sources to improve the Company’s services or for use in presentations to clients and prospective clients. The Personal Information disclosed will not be identifiable to any client of the Company. Partners, Employees and Prospective Employees PFC International will collect, use and disclose Personal Data about PFC International personnel/prospective personnel in order to pay them, to comply with laws, regulations and professional standards, to provide them with contractual benefits, to develop business metrics and analytics, to administer, manage, enforce and monitor compliance with internal programs and policies, and generally to establish, manage or terminate the employment, partnership or relationship. PFC International will also collect, use or disclose partner and employee Personal Data in the course of researching, negotiating or completing a sale, financing or other business transaction.
Legal foundation for data processing
If we process any sensitive Personal Data relating to you for any of the purposes outlined above, we will do so because either: (i) you have given us your explicit consent; (ii) the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or (iii) you provided the data in a public domain. PFC International clients always have the option not to provide their consent to the processing of their Personal Data, or to withdraw their consent at a later stage, subject to contractual and legal restrictions and reasonable notice. Where a client chooses not to provide us with permission, whether initially or at a later stage, we may not be able to provide, or continue to provide, the client with our services. Where a partner, employee or candidate for employment chooses not to provide us with permission to process their Personal Data, we may not be able to employ them, continue to employ, partner, continue to partner or provide them with benefits.
PFC International will limit the collection of Personal Data to that which is reasonably required to provide Services and to operate our business.
Use and Disclosure without consent
PFC International will always obtain consent before the processing of Personal Data, unless permitted or required by law to use and disclose without consent. The following are examples, without limitation, of purposes that would legally require the usage and storage of Personal Data without consent:

We will retain your Personal Data on our systems for (i) as long as is necessary for the execution of relevant activity or Services (per the Engagement); (ii) any retention period required by law; (iii) the end of the period in which litigation or investigations might arise concerning the Services.

PFC International may disclose your Personal Data to third parties that provide services to the company and/or partners; as part of a corporate transaction; to legal authorities; other third parties that reasonably require access to Personal Data relating for reasons outlined under “How and why PFC International collects Personal Data”. PFC International may share non-personal, de-identified and aggregated information with third parties for data analytics, research, submissions, thought leadership and promotional purposes.
