Clients and Prospective Clients
PFC International will collect, use and disclose Personal Data for (i) the provision of the Services outlined in the Engagement Letter; (ii) applicable legal or regulatory requirements; (iii) requests and communications from authorities; and (iv) internal administrative, financial accounting risk analysis and client relationship purposes.
PFC International may also collect, use or disclose Personal Data about clients, prospective clients and alumni to send news and information updates or invitations to events hosted or sponsored by the Company.
PFC International may also aggregate Personal Data with information from other sources to improve the Company’s services or for use in presentations to clients and prospective clients. The Personal Information disclosed will not be identifiable to any client of the Company.
Partners, Employees and Prospective Employees
PFC International will collect, use and disclose Personal Data about PFC International personnel/prospective personnel in order to pay them, to comply with laws, regulations and professional standards, to provide them with contractual benefits, to develop business metrics and analytics, to administer, manage, enforce and monitor compliance with internal programs and policies, and generally to establish, manage or terminate the employment, partnership or relationship.
PFC International will also collect, use or disclose partner and employee Personal Data in the course of researching, negotiating or completing a sale, financing or other business transaction.

Where a client chooses not to provide us with permission, whether initially or at a later stage, we may not be able to provide, or continue to provide, the client with our services.
Where a partner, employee or candidate for employment chooses not to provide us with permission to process their Personal Data, we may not be able to employ them, continue to employ, partner, continue to partner or provide them with benefits.
PFC International will limit the collection of Personal Data to that which is reasonably required to provide Services and to operate our business.
PFC International will always obtain consent before the processing of Personal Data, unless permitted or required by law to use and disclose without consent.
