The economic development program faced the challenge of addressing the specific needs and fostering sustainable growth in Lebanon’s Beqaa and Mount Lebanon governorates for dairy producers and chemical/cosmetic manufacturers. PFC addressed this challenge by conducting a thorough needs assessment, developing tailored establishment plans, engaging stakeholders, selecting eligible beneficiaries, identifying key partners, and organizing a successful cluster launch event. Our approach involved in-depth industry analysis and operational planning backed with capacity building to ensure the sustainability of the clusters.
