PFC developed a feasibility study for establishing a PET preforms and HDPE caps manufacturing facility in Oman’s Buraimi Industrial Area, covering a total of 5,004 m². The study encompassed a detailed market analysis, assessing demand and competitive landscape, a technical assessment evaluating required manufacturing technology, machinery, and raw material logistics, and a financial analysis, including cost projections, revenue forecasts, and financial ratios calculations. This feasibility study aimed to determine the project’s viability and secure a loan from the Oman Development Bank, encompassing all aspects from market potential to financial sustainability.
