First Gulf Company Capacity Building Program & HR Restructuring
PFC initiated a comprehensive Capacity Building and HR Restructuring project for FGC, a company with over 4000 employees. The project began with the System Integration and Media Design Department, where we launched an intensive Leadership and Communication program aimed at enhancing teamwork, leadership skills, and communication strategies. Following the success of this initiative, the program was extended to the Construction and Facility Management departments. Alongside these capacity-building efforts, PFC conducted a complete restructuring of the HR department, streamlining processes, improving talent management, and implementing advanced HR technologies. This holistic approach ensured that all arms of FGC were aligned with best practices in leadership, communication, and human resource management, driving organizational efficiency and employee engagement.
