Addressing the barriers to sustainable employment for youth in Lebanon across sectors like ICT, Agriculture, and MEP, identified through a comprehensive labor market assessment. Conducting a thorough analysis, PFC identified constraints, growth opportunities, market gaps, and employment practices. Intervention plans were provided to fill the gap and ensure sustainability in future project phases.
